If you’re 18 or under, or over 60 you can swim for free at the following pools in Middlesbrough. There are also other activities to try under this programme including: Mini Water Polo, Aqua Extreme, Rookie Lifeguard, Flippers & Floats, Its a Knockout and Swim Speed to name a few.

If the gym isn’t for you, then Middlesbrough is home to some beautiful parks. A brisk walk or a relaxing stroll around any of the following parks is a great way of saving money.
