UK Youth Parliament
On 23rd February 2012, Middlesbrough will be holding the UK Youth Parliament Elections.
The UK Youth Parliament (UKYP) enables young people to use their energy and passion to change the world for the better. Run by young people for young people, UKYP provides opportunities for young people aged 11-18 years old to use their voice in creative ways to bring about social change.
This year there are 3 candiates standing to become the elected member of Youth Parliament for Middlesbrough:
- Alexander Fishlock, aged 15
- Ben Rowden, aged 14
- Ryan Housbey, aged 16
