What is the Care Link Service?
Care Link is a way of calling for emergency help and support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Care Link gives you and those who care about you the reassurance of knowing that in an emergency you can get help.
The equipment is unobtrusive and installation is easy. We fit an alarm to your telephone point and mains power supply and give you a personal alarm trigger. You can wear this on your wrist, clipped to your clothing or round your neck. One push of the trigger raises the alarm at our contact centre.
Our advisors are on hand to take your call. When they receive a call they will assess the nature of the emergency and decide what action to take. Care Link Officers are on call and able to help in an emergency 24 hours a day.
If you would like an assessment to see if you are eligible for Care Link telephone (01642) 726004. For more information on assessments follow the link on the right of the screen.
You can also purchase this service direct from Care Link. For more information contact us: Telephone: (01642) 726009, Email: telecare@middlesbrough.gov.uk
