Customer Care

We want to make sure we put you at ease from the moment you contact us and provide you with the best service we can. To do this we worked with people who use our services, carers and members of staff and asked them what they want when they contact the Department of Social Care.

We have set out what people said in our Customer care charter which you can download from our booklets and brochures page. Anyone who contacts the Department of Social Care should expect to receive the standard of service set out in this charter.
