Welcome to the Housing Regeneration section of the Council website. Certain housing areas within the town are suffering from housing market failure through low demand, dereliction, poor housing conditions and lack of investment. There is currently a major regeneration programme ongoing in the town to combat this problem. Please click on the links on the right hand side of the page for further information about the scheme.
