Middlesbrough Council is committed to staff development and aims to ensure that all employees have the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their duties and deliver the Council’s priorities.
The Council has a Learning and Development strategy which provides a framework to ensure learning and development is effectively identified, planned and evaluated providing a return on investment.
