The Neptune has a 25m 8 lane deck level pool which includes a movable floor, this allows for various activities to take place at different water depths. The Venue also boasts a second pool of a fixed depth of 0.9m with steps into the water; both pools are equipped with pool hoists to aid entry to the pool. The Neptune also has state of the art timing equipment for competitive events.

| Changing village |
|
The Neptune changing area is situated next to reception and is a spacious area for both male and female changing. A locker system is in place for clothes storage and all facilities have showers, group changing, baby changing units, playpens, toilets, and facilities for disabled people.

| Cafeteria & vending area |
|
The Neptune has vending machines situated in the reception area, plus hot drink machines in a separate area next to poolside. A more extensive choice of food and beverages are available from the Café in Joe Walton’s Community and Youth Centre including a healthy options menu.

| The Neptune has a large health suite, comprising of a Sauna and steam room, showers and a relaxation area. Cold refreshments vending machines are available. Male, Female and mixed are listed below. |

The Neptune has 2 high-powered sunbeds (one horizontal and one vertical) for use all year round. Please note that The Neptune supports the guidance given by the Sunbed Association and requests that all new users undertake an induction on the safe use of the sunbeds. In addition all users will be reminded if and when they reach their recommended number of sessions. Sunbeds should be booked in advance at reception.
X4 health & fitness room
The Neptune has a spacious, air-conditioned X4 Health & Fitness rooms. This newly refurbished fitness room consists of a wide range of cardio vascular and resistance equipment with a various selection of hand weights. Inclusive Fitness Initiative equipment and trained instructors are on hand for disabled and non-disabled users.
Qualified instructors can help you achieve your health and fitness goals and can give advice on:
