Sports Hall
The centres multi-purpose, six-court hall accommodates a wide variety of sporting and leisure activities including:
- Indoor football
- Badminton
- Roller-Hockey
- Martial Arts – Judo/Karate/Tang Soo Do
- Trampolining
- A range of fitness sessions
- Basketball

The Rainbow Leisure Centre plays host to Middlesbrough Roller Hockey Club who play in the National Roller Hockey League.
Due to the size of the hall the centre is an ideal venue for large events such as Sporting events and Computer fairs.
