Submit an application

Building Regulation application forms can be submitted via the following methods:

• (Preferred) By going to the Submit-a-Plan website via the link on the right-hand side. This is a free service that allows users to submit Building Regulation applications online to the Local Authority Building Control.
  
  
• By email, to bcsubmissions@middlesbrough.gov.uk
  
  
• By post, to the following address:

  Middlesbrough
  TS1 2QQ
  
  
• In person at the Building Control office. Please go to counter A in Middlesbrough House between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday.

**Please note, we have recently removed our 'e-form' submission method to simplify and streamline our service. All electronic submissions should now be done via the Submit-a-Plan website.**
