Season tickets are available for use in the Council’s long stay car parks. They are valid 7 days a week. Season Tickets are not valid on short stay, limited stay, private car parks or on street pay and display areas.

Opening hours are 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 10 am to 4:30 pm Wednesday and 8.30 am to 4.00 pm Fridays. Closed on Bank Holidays.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, postal order, debit or credit card.

Season tickets can also be ordered by telephone on 01642 726003 or by faxing the purchase form available from the 'downloads' list to 01642 726330. If ordering by telephone or fax, please allow 2 working days before season ticket is to commence. If ordering by telephone payment must be made by debit/credit card.

A season ticket expiry reminder service is available for an additional charge of 50p.

Please note additional parking spaces have been made available for Season Ticket Holders and Essential User Permit Holders in Captain Cook Square Car Park. Permit holders are now allowed to park on the Short Stay Level 3 of the Multi Storey Car Park as well as on Levels 4, 4A, 5 and 6.

Levels 0, 1 and 2 remain strictly Short Stay Pay and Display only and Season Ticket Holders and Essential Users are not permitted to park on these levels. The Short Stay Pay and Display tariff remains in operation on Level 3. These new facilities are only available for permit holders and Long Stay Pay and Display tickets are not valid on Level 3.

Long Stay Pay and Display parking remains on levels 4, 4A, 5 and 6.

These arrangements are designed to make more efficient use of the spaces in Captain Cook Square whilst retaining the priority for shopper parking on the lower floors.
