Marton Road - Major Works - Proposed lane closures
BT works will commence on Monday 24th October 2011, to lay ducts across Marton Road, near the junction with Longlands Road.

Lane closures will be in place and traffic management will be in operation. The works will continue until Sunday 30th October 2011 and major delays are expected, especially at peak periods.

Drivers are advised to avoid this location and seek an alternative route.

A66 Major Works

New Lighting Columns

Work continues on the A66 to renew the lamp columns between the A19 and Middlehaven (North Ormesby) interchanges.

The first stage of work involved building new foundation bases for the columns, along both sides of the road and the new high mast columns have now been erected.

Work continues on removing the 300 redundant columns, with some lane closures and delays expected.

A66 widening & New Access Road into Riverside Park Industrial Estate

This work is now complete.

Major Road and Lane Closures

Work to remove the out-dated traffic lighting columns on the A66 between the A19 and North Ormesby Interchanges continues.  It is likely that this will involve intermittent lane closures and some traffic delays are to be expected at this time.
