Choice Based Lettings consultation 2019

The Tees Valley Lettings Partnership is consulting on proposals to amend the Tees Valley Common Allocations Policy. The Allocations Policy outlines the criteria for how properties are allocated by the Tees Valley Lettings Partnership.

The Tees Valley Lettings Partnership is made up of five local authorities and a number of registered provider partners which either own or manage housing stock across the Tees Valley:

  • Darlington Borough Council
  • Hartlepool Borough Council
  • Middlesbrough Council
  • Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council
  • Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council
  • Beyond Housing
  • Home Group
  • North Star

The policy review has taken into account current housing need across Tees Valley, legislation, and statutory guidance. Views are sought from residents, partners and stakeholders from the statutory, voluntary and community sector on the changes that have been proposed.

Complete the online survey.

The consultation runs until 12 July 2019. If you have any queries about the survey please contact Debra Cochrane on 01642 728195 or email
