Work clubs

Work clubs offer unemployed people a place to meet, exchange skills, share experiences, find opportunities, make contacts and get support to help them in their return to work.

Free help and support for those looking to find work is available at weekly sessions at Easterside and Grove Hill Community Hubs. The Work Club drop-in classes take place every Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Areas covered will include writing and updating CVs, creating a Universal Jobmatch Account, creating and using Word documents and using email, and job search using various websites.

Sessions are open to all age groups and are run on a drop-in basis, with one-to-one support available throughout.
