Easter is just around the corner and Newham Grange Farm is gearing up for an egg-cellent few weeks with the re-opening of the café and Welcome Centre, which completes the current stage of building refurbishments.
The farm has undergone months of work to extend and open up the café which now also includes an outdoor terrace.
A new Welcome Centre and Gift shop will also open which will be stocked with brand new farm merchandise for school bags and pocket money items.
A Changing Places toilet has been introduced which is more spacious.
Little ones are invited to head along to help the farm’s bunny mascots, Daisy and Dan, find their brightly coloured eggs around the farm. There’s a prize waiting if all ten eggs are found! The trail is already up and running, so don't miss out.
The farm have recently welcomed new life into the world with baby lambs and piglets, and there’s a chance to pet some of the smaller animals including guinea pigs and rabbits in the Discovery Barn.
The farm is open from 10am – 4pm seven days a week and hot food and drinks are served daily in the new café.
