Get 10k ready with Run For All

Thinking about entering or already entered the Asda Foundation Middlesbrough 10k?

Not only will Jane Tomlinson's Run For All will be holding the Asda Foundation Middlesbrough 10k and 3k Fun Run for the first time, they would like to help the people of Middlesbrough get race ready and achieve something amazing!

Every Tuesday in August Run For All and Everyone Active will be hosting free training sessions at the Middlesbrough Sports Village.

From 6pm you can train with other 10k entrants and get race ready for Sunday, September 1.

To do this, they have arranged FREE training sessions led by ‘More Than Just a Run's' Pamela Highfield, Qualified EA Leader in running fitness.

These sessions will include both simple training runs and timed efforts giving a boost those who are looking for PBs and those who may be just starting their running journey.

That means there is something for EVERYONE!

Training sessions will be on the following days:

  • Tuesday, August 6
  • Tuesday, August 13
  • Tuesday, August 20
  • Tuesday, August 27
