The South Tees carers strategy sets out the priorities across the South Tees region for identifying and supporting unpaid carers of all ages.
The strategy is produced jointly between Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Middlesbrough Council, and Tees Valley Clinical Commissioning Group.
