If you're not satisfied with the service you've received from us, we hope that first you'll talk to the member of staff concerned, or their manager. This may quickly get the problem resolved to everyone's satisfaction.
If you'd like to make a complaint regarding a care home, a personal care agency, or an enablement and support agency, please contact them directly.
