Emotional support for carers

We understand that being a carer can be difficult, and sometimes you just want to talk to someone about what’s going on.

Carers in Middlesbrough can get free emotional support from PAM Assist.

How do I get help?

You can call 08081 968 890 whenever you need to talk to someone. Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and it’s totally free.

You can also visit the PAM Assist website and use the live chat feature if you do not want to call. You just need the login details:

Username: mbcsupport
Password: mbcsupport1

What can PAM Assist help with?

Some of the things you might want to talk about include:

  • balancing your job and caring responsibilities
  • family matters
  • debt advice
  • dealing with illness
  • mental health issues
  • support after a death

No problem is too small to talk about – if it matters to you then it’s worth talking about.

You can find out more about the PAM Assist service on the We Care You Care website.
