The Live Well Centre is Middlesbrough's health and wellbeing hub. We have a range of rooms and spaces available for hire by health and wellbeing businesses.
Our rooms
Whether you're a wellbeing start-up or a long-established provider, we've got a space for you.
Our rooms include therapy and clinic rooms, and consultation rooms which are designed to health care specifications and include a clinical couch.
If you need a bigger space, we have two training rooms, a fitness studio, and a gym.
All rooms are available 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our prices are per hour, with a discount on bookings for a full day.
All bookings include the use of our waiting area. Our reception team will greet and direct your visitors.
