Community asset transfer

A community asset transfer is when we hand over community facilities which are no longer required for council use to local groups and third sector organisations for the benefit of the community.

The community asset transfer policy is available as part of our lettings policy. You can find the policy on page 18 onwards.

New opportunities

MyPlace

MyPlace is a state-of-the-art hub for young people, located in Middlehaven, close to the town centre.

We're seeking outline proposals for the operational future management of MyPlace. Please complete the stage 1 outline proposal form and email it to angela_cooper@middlesbrough.gov.uk by 30 June 2024.
