Executive meetings are held every month, on a Wednesday at 12:30pm in the Town Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
The agenda and the reports for each meeting are available on ModernGov. Copies can also be provided at the meeting if you attend.
Private meetings
In exceptional circumstances, we have the legal right to exclude members of the public from all, or part, of an Executive decision-making meeting. To do this, we must give notice in advance of our intention to hold a private meeting. If members of the public disagree with the plan to hold a private meeting, they may give a response (called a 'representation') to say why they think the item should be discussed in public.
