The Customer Centre at Middlesbrough House is only open to people with a pre-booked appointment.

Cash office

You can visit the cash office in Middlesbrough House to make payments (for example, Council Tax or invoices) without an appointment. The cash office is open on Tuesdays and Fridays (9am to 3pm).
