We're required by section 122(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to advertise our intention to appropriate any land consisting or forming part of an open space.
We're also required by section 233(4) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to advertise our intention to dispose of any such land consisting or forming part of an open space, that has been appropriated for planning purposes.
The notices below give details of land we're planning to appropriate or dispose of, as well as a plan showing the land, edged in red.
We'll consider any objections we receive before the date stated in the notice.
