Bin collection dates for 2024/2025

Bin collection dates for April 2024 onwards are now available, including garden waste collections for those who have subscribed.

You'll need to type in your address, not your postcode.

See your bin dates on MyMiddlesbrough

When you sign in to your MyMiddlesbrough account, your bin collection dates will be displayed on your homepage.

You'll need to type in your address the first time, but after that it'll be saved.

You can register for a MyMiddlesbrough account if you don't have one. Once you've registered, you'll get an email with the subject 'Signup | Verification' within 10 minutes. It includes a link which you'll need to click to set up your account. Sometimes the email might go into your 'junk' or 'spam' folder, so look out for it. If you don't get a verification email, it's because you've typed your email address incorrectly, and you'll need to sign up again.

If you're struggling to look at your bin collection dates, you can get help from staff at any of our Community Hubs (except Neptune and Rainbow). They'll also be able to print off a copy of your calendar for you.

We know that some people struggle to read the information on the printed calendar. You can request a large print version of the calendar if you need one.

Don't forget

Your bin must be out for collection by 7am on the day it's being collected. Please don't leave waste beside your bin because it won't be collected.

If you have too much rubbish

If you have too much rubbish, you can book an appointment to take it to the Household Waste Recycling Centre.

If you have a large item which won't fit into your bin, or you need to get rid of electrical items, you can book a bulky waste collection.
