For both free and premium bulky waste collections, we'll give you a collection date when you book. We'll also give you advice about how to present your items for collection.

If you're getting glass collected, it must be taped, bubble-wrapped, or smashed up and placed in a box which is securely taped up.

If you're getting a mattress collected, wrap it in polythene or plastic.

Place the items at the front of your property before 7am on the day of collection. We cannot come into your home to remove, or help you remove, your items.

Please note, we have to collect electrical and non-electrical items separately for environmental reasons.
