The Southlands Leisure Centre, Ormesby Road

Tuesday 9am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1.00pm)

Wednesday 9am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1.00pm)

Thursday 9am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1.00pm)

Thorntree Hub, Birkhall Road

Monday 9am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1pm)

Wednesday 9am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1pm)

Friday 9am - 4pm (closed 12pm - 1pm)


Please note, if you visit any of the above places when a benefit advisor isn't available, you won't be able to leave your documents with anyone. Instead, please send us your documents using the online form.

When there is no benefit advisor available to speak to, you can still make a claim for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction, or report a change of circumstances, using any of the public computers in Middlesbrough.
